Delivery and Collection
We offer deliver and collection of our rental items when booking with us. We charge a delivery/ collection fee depending on where the items need to go and how large your rental order is. We cover a variety of locations, generally within an hour to an hour and a half from our showroom in Freeport, IL.
Delivery / Collection fees begin locally from $100 - this covers two trips, one to deliver and then one to collect 4 days later - and will be dependent on location distance to travel and the amount and type of items rented ( assembly required at delivery). Reach out to us for a specific delivery quote.
Receiving our items
Deliveries are scheduled during the hours of 12pm - 5pm on Fridays (sometimes Thursdays) of the week of your booking. On the delivering of the items, our driver will get you to sign the paper work to agree the items have been delivered.
Items will be delivered in secure packaging and will need to be looked after whilst in your presence Damages or missing items will be charged for upon return.
We will book the time of delivery window with you to ensure we get your items delivered in time. It is important that all boxes, bags, bubble wrap and containers are kept ready for the collection.
Collection
The collection is also pre-booked in with us. Collections will be on Mondays between the hours of 9am-12pm. Simply let us know the time of collection and we will arrange our team to collect.
Please have all items wiped off, and packed back in their original packaging, stacked ready for collection. Delivery drivers will not pack down your items so please make sure all items are stacked and stored in the agreed upon location ready for our team.
LATE NIGHT COLLECTION: If your event has a late finish (after 10pm), and/ or you are unable to store rental items until Monday, an additional charge of $150, on top of the regular delivery fee, will be applied for our crew to return and collect your rented items late that evening.
